Rasgos de la personalidad asociados a la conducta criminal: perspectiva de los modelos de Eysenck y Gray

Abstract

Personality has been an area of research interest due to its relevance in scientific advances and studies on human behavior, especially that associated with criminal behavior, where contributions are made from the theories of traits and variables proposed by Eysenck. and Gray. Objective: The objective proposed in this paper is linked to reflective analysis from factorial models, paradigms and biological dimensions. Results: In conclusion, it was identified that there is a strong influence towards the propensity for psychoticism and neuroticism in subjects who present a tendency to develop criminal behavior. In this same line, it was possible to establish that the greater the behavioral activation from the model (BAS), the greater the tendency to develop behaviors that are associated with the search for sensations and activators that negatively affect the traits of criminal behavior.
